There is an official Oceanfront Residence Club Homeowners Association Board , however, the real owners do not participate in it with any degree of control.  In fact, the current system makes it difficult to participate.  We ORC owners have no forum to communicate with each other.  We do not even know each other for the most part.  As such, we separately have no real power or ability to effectively make any changes in our vacation environment.  This website is the first step to remedy this situation so that we can organize as a group to effectively express our needs and protect our investments.
